I’m Alcindo, the founder of Inkroast. My journey began in the world of technology—more than 20 years leading IT projects and cross-cultural teams—before life brought me from Brazil to the U.S. and into the heart of the coffee industry.

Since then, I’ve had the privilege of supporting roasters across the country, with over 1 million bags produced from my packaging designs.

With a foundation in Business and Strategic Marketing, I blend creativity, data, and real-world strategy to build brands that perform.
